Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on the products sold through IDVEXA. Prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timing depends on the product, dispatch location, stock availability and delivery address. Check the estimate on the product page when ordering. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Contact idvexa0@gmail.com before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Some products are sent directly by our fulfilment partners. An order containing several products may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information is provided when it becomes available after dispatch.

Delivery help

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us promptly with your order number. We will check whether the address can still be changed.

If tracking stops updating, an order is delayed, or a parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to products that cannot be supplied within a reasonable time.
